If the performance of governor is found not satisfactory, Governor is thoroughly dismantled All parts are cleaned Parts assessment report is prepared Estimate is sent to client
Assembling of Governors
On receipt of Work Order from Client Parts are issued from Store Pre-assembling work is completed Parts are thoroughly cleaned Governor is assembled and sent to Testing Department
Final Testing
Governor is tested in site simulated condition; this includes Re-calibrations of all settings Load Trial All parameters are recorded, and Testing report is prepared Testing is inspected by Quality Control department. Test Certificate is issued
